To recognize the gifts of our generous supporters, Avow Hospice established The Living Promise Society with the following annual giving honor levels:

Level Amount
Founder: $10,000 – $24,999
Chairman: $5,000 – $9,999
President: $2,500 – $4,999
Benefactor: $1,000 – $2,499
Patron: $500 – $999
Donor: $300 – $499
Friend: $100 – $299

Donors whose lifetime giving is over $25,000 are recognized in the Avow Hospice 1983 Society.

Planned giving participants are recognized in the Avow Hospice Legacy Society.

Our Donor Society members bring ease and comfort to so many people who turn to us for help at a sensitive, and often difficult, time of life.
