Donate

We rely on community support to help fund patient care and programs for our community. Every gift is needed and appreciated.

There are many ways you can support our mission. Visit our “Direct Your Support” page to learn more about the wonderful ways your gifts help support our hospice care. Our Advancement Department can assist you in choosing the option that best meets your giving and tax-planning needs.

Here are some of the ways you can offer your support:

  • A direct gift includes donations of cash, stock, property or memorials and naming opportunities, including engraved bricks, benches, gardens, trees and more.
  • A planned gift includes Charitable Remainder Trusts, Gift Annuities, Bequests (leave Avow Hospice in your will). See our “Giving Options” page for more details.
  • A donation of furniture, clothing, electronics, household items, books, tools, etc. to our resale shop Treasures & Books benefits Avow upon the sale of the items.
  • Special event fund-raising – organize and hold an event to raise funds for us. Ask us for guidelines to help make planning easier for you.

If you would like to make an online gift to Avow Hospice, select our Donate Now option.

If you would rather make your donation by mail, use our printable donation form (see “Additional Resources” below). We accept Visa or MasterCard. If you pay by check, please make your check payable to Avow Hospice. Mail your form and method of payment to Avow Hospice 1095 Whipporwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105.

To make a donation over the phone using a credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard) please call Avow Hospice during normal business hours at (239) 261-4404 and our friendly staff will help you with your donation.
