Richard Yovanovich is an attorney specializing in land use and local government. He moved to Naples in 1990 and was an Assistant County Attorney for Collier County from 1990-1994. Since entering private practice in 1994, Mr. Yovanovich has represented property owners through the entitlement process before local and state agencies. His representation includes projects ranging from small residential and commercial projects to large developments of regional impact. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Furman University and both M.Ed. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Yovanovich joined the Avow Hospice Board of Directors in July, 2011.

Avow provides specialized end-of-life care to those living with a life-threatening illness and offers support to those who are caring for them. Our interdisciplinary care team provides medical care, pain management and complementary therapies. Avow Hospice cares for patients wherever they live. In addition, Avow Hospice has the only hospice house in Collier County (for in-patient acute care and respite). Avow also offers grief and bereavement support to the families and friends of our patients as well as anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. Avow Hospice is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations to help fund patient care and programs for our community.
