Dr. Mark Moskowitz has been a leading board-certified medical oncologist and internist at Florida Cancer Specialists since 1996. Dr. Moskowitz holds a bachelor of arts degree from Southern Illinois University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad CETEC, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His internship was at West Suburban Hospital, IL and his residency was at Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Moskowitz’s fellowship in hematology/oncology was at the University of Wisconsin Clinical Cancer Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hospice & Palliative Care, Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. Dr. Moskowitz joined the Avow Hospice Board of Directors in July, 2011.

Avow provides specialized end-of-life care to those living with a life-threatening illness and offers support to those who are caring for them. Our interdisciplinary care team provides medical care, pain management and complementary therapies. Avow Hospice cares for patients wherever they live. In addition, Avow Hospice has the only hospice house in Collier County (for in-patient acute care and respite). Avow also offers grief and bereavement support to the families and friends of our patients as well as anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. Avow Hospice is a non-profit organization that relies on community donations to help fund patient care and programs for our community.
