Jan is president of Physician Business Care, Inc., which she founded in 1998 to manage a radiology group practice and provide other healthcare-related consulting services.  Her responsibilities include consulting with physician practices in the areas of practice management, financial management, managed care contracting, practice growth opportunities and other group practice issues. Jan is a CPA in Florida.

Born in Akron, Ohio, Jan received her undergraduate business degree from Akron University.  She spent eight years with KPMG in Cleveland, Ohio, leaving as a senior manager to serve as vice president of the Greater Cleveland Hospital Association.

Jan subsequently joined Drs. Hill & Thomas, a large radiology professional corporation, where she served as chief financial officer and then chief administrative officer.  In 1993, Jan joined Diagnostic Network Inc., a newly formed provider network in Dade County, Florida, as chief executive officer. Subsequent to that position she joined Medaphis, Inc. as vice president, providing management services to various physician practices inFlorida. Jan has been an active member of the Philharmonic Center Chorale for the past nine years, has sung in the Chorale’s Chamber Choir and sings in the choir at First Presbyterian Church of Naples.  Jan serves on the Finance Committee of the Avow Hospice Board of Directors.
